About

Billy O’Neal is a real estate investor, author, and serial entrepreneur who has a passion for helping others realize their true potential. As a former builder and general contractor who became temporarily disabled in April 2002 because of back surgery, Billy made one of the most important decisions of his life: to stop living from one paycheck to the next. His goal was to find a way to create income and build wealth, so that he could leave an inheritance to his children’s children (Proverbs 13:22). After reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad, Billy was inspired to begin investing in real estate. He started Hometown Real Estate Services, LLC. Starting with “bruised” credit and $3000 in the bank, Billy has now become a millionaire, having completed over 360 real estate transactions. But this is only the beginning! Billy’s vision is to encourage and empower others to break the generational curse of poverty in their own lives, so that future generations will be forever changed—we are blessed to be a blessing!

Described as a man of honesty and integrity, Billy thrives on crafting “win-win” deals for buyers and sellers alike. He is referred to as an expert “transaction engineer,” often finding creative ways to solve his customers’ problems.

Billy in the founder of Prosper Wealth Training, LLC, a financial education and coaching company focusing on teaching others of his success and showing that there is no better investment than real estate.
Billy is known for encouraging his family, friends, and clients to step out boldly to be what God has called them to be. He believes that God is anxiously waiting for us to take a few risks so that He can bless us. Billy and his family have worshipped at Trinity Chapel in Powder Springs, Georgia since 1996, where he and his wife Karen currently serve in varoius ministries.

His latest venture is Sell2Day.com.  Sell2day.com is a new Real Estate Investor Network that combines the marketing power of its army of affiliates and creates new streams of income.

Billy enjoys nothing more than spending time golfing with his son, Ryan, and enjoying outdoor activities with his daughter, Rachel.
