Each investor purchases one or more territories, which can be either counties or a zip code within a county. Once a territory is purchased, the investor receives a commission from all sales of Sell2day.com products that are purchased within that zip code.

Optional links between the investor’s website and Sell2day.com support the commission process, and also give Sell2day.com visitors the chance to go directly to your web site if they want to sell their home to you. So if you have purchased a certain territory and a Sell2day.com visitor wants to purchase any of the Sell2day.com products, you get a commission if the seller’s property resides in your territory even if you did nothing to drive this particular customer to the website. Alternatively, if the visitor decides they may not want to purchase a Sell2day.com product but do want to sell their home to you directly, they will be directed to your website since their home resides in your licensed territory. Either way, as the investor, you get the commissions and the “action” for the deals in your territory in both of these cases.

But won’t that mean that someone else might benefit from my advertising?
After all, if you advertise in a newspaper that reaches a dozen zip codes, you might well reach customers who end up buying through Sell2day.com but in a territory that someone else has licensed. True, but what about all the other thousand investors who are advertising and drawing traffic, some of which will pertain to your territory? This includes investors advertising clear on the other side of the country, who will be reaching people trying to move to your area. Is there a minimum or maximum purchase?

Why would you license a zip code territory if the county is available?

Licensing a county is the best option when available because you can “re license” other zip codes inside the county and make a commission on any information products they sell.

If your county is not available, you can license the specific zip code(s) in your area. Obviously, it would be a great investment to get the county first, if available. So don’t delay, stake your claim on your territory today!

How can I tell what territories are available?

I already have my own real estate business. Will Sell2day.com get a slice of the sales or transactions I generate?
Never. Sell2day.com will never interfere with your existing real estate business. You will still buy, sell, lease/option, etc. based on your personal and business goals, and Sell2day.com is totally separate. Joining Sell2day.com as an affiliate simply gives you access to additional streams of revenue that aren’t possible (or are extremely difficult to achieve) working independently.

What if I don’t already have a real estate business?
